- TVS Ntorq 125 becomes more expensive
- Highest hike has been received by the top-end Super Squad edition
- Remains unchanged in all other areas
India’s most feature-rich and sporty 125cc scooter, the TVS Ntorq 125, has recently become more expensive, following in the footsteps of many other two-wheelers in the country. The scooter has received a maximum price increment of Rs 1,540 for its top-end Super Squad edition while the least hike of Rs 540 has been recorded for the entry-level drum brake variant. The latest variant-wise prices (ex-showroom, Delhi) of the Ntorq 125 are as follows:
Ntorq 125 drum: Rs 71,095
Ntorq 125 disc: Rs 75,395
Ntorq 125 Race Edition: Rs 78,375
Ntorq 125 Super Squad: Rs 81,075
Starting from 1 April, several major bike makers like Honda, Yamaha, Hero and Bajaj have increased the prices of their products. But despite the price hike, the TVS Ntorq 125 continues to be one of the most value-for-money scooters one can buy in India. That’s mainly because of the eye-catchy styling, peppy engine performance, agile handling and a host of modern features. It is one of the few scooters in India that incorporates a Bluetooth-enabled fully digital console that also shows oodles of information.
In the 125cc scooter segment, the TVS Ntorq 125 locks horns with the Suzuki Burgman Street 125, Aprilia SR 125, Hero Maestro Edge 125 and the Honda Grazia.
