TVS has launched the Ntorq 125 Race Edition in India at Rs 62,995 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It costs Rs 3,000 over the disc brake variant which is priced at Rs 59,995.
For the premium, the Ntorq 125 Race Edition sports a full-LED headlamp with LED DRLs. It also gets a hazard lamp that can be switched on via a button on the handlebar. Moreover, the Race Edition is adorned with a three-tone colour scheme of matte black, metallic black and red. It also gets a ‘Race Edition’ logo on the side panels.
Apart from these changes, the scooter remains the same. Powering the Ntorq 125 is a 124cc, single-cylinder, three-valve engine. The motor produces 9.1bhp and 10.5Nm of torque. Braking duties are handled by a disc brake at the front and drum brake at the rear. Meanwhile, it rides on 12-inch wheels suspended by telescopic forks and monoshock at the rear.
Bookings for the scooter have commenced in dealerships across India and deliveries are expected to begin in the next couple of weeks.
