- Race XP comes in a new matte back colour
- Standard Ntorq 125 available in four new colours
- Mechanical details remain unchanged
TVS Motor Company has launched new colours for the Ntorq 125 standard and Race XP. While the former is available in new shades of Turquoise, Harlequin Blue, and Nardo Grey, the latter comes in a new matte black trim. The ex-showroom (Delhi) prices of the base variant start from Rs. 86,871 and the Race XP variant is pegged at Rs. 97,501.
The new colours of the base Ntorq look fresh thanks to the updated decals on the front apron and under-seat panels. The new Race XP, meanwhile, looks stealth with a combination of matte and glossy piano black shade colour on its bodywork with chequered graphics on the apron and red alloy wheels. On the mechanical front, both variants of the Ntorq 125 remain unchanged.
The Race XP version’s 124.8cc engine is tuned to produce more power than the standard variant. It churns out 10.6bhp and 10.8Nm while the base model produces 9.25bhp and 10.05Nm. TVS has also bestowed the Race XP with two riding modes and voice assistant functions. What remains common across variants is a data-intensive LCD console with Bluetooth connectivity. The scooter rides on 12-inch alloy wheels at both ends with telescopic forks and a monoshock. Braking is handled by a drum brake at both ends while the higher variants get a single disc up front.
