TVS has revealed its October 2022 sales numbers. The Hosur-based brand has witnessed a 2 per cent year-on-year growth with sales numbers surging from 3,55,033 units in October 2021 to 3,60,288 units last month.
TVS’s domestic two-wheeler sales witnessed a seven per cent growth and October 2022 recorded 2,75,934 units against 2,58,777 bikes and scooters sold in the corresponding month of last year. Further, motorcycle sales recorded 164,568 units, and scooters recorded 135,190 units. Compared to the numbers of the previous year, scooter sales saw an upwards revision of 20 per cent, and bike sales slumped by four per cent. As for its exports, TVS registered 82,816 unit sales last month. That’s a slump of 12,375 units when compared to October 2021 numbers.
Meanwhile, TVS sold 8,103 units of the iQube electric scooter last month. That's a notable growth as the manufacturer recently unveiled the updated range of its EVs. Now, you can buy the iQube in as many as three variants: standard, S, and ST.
