TVS Motor Company is offering a loyalty bonus of Rs. 10,000 on their new flagship electric scooter, the iQube ST. This bonus is for those who had booked the iQube ST before 15 July, 2022 and held on to their bookings. The launch and deliveries got delayed mainly because of the reduced FAME subsidy after the scooter’s unveil.
At the recent launch event of the new iQube ST in Mumbai, TVS revealed that it received close to 15,000 bookings for the ST in 2022. Interestingly, 70-80 per cent of these bookings haven’t been cancelled yet and the aforementioned bonus is a token of appreciation of sorts for such customers. The company claims that the potential buyers are still eager to get their hands on the flagship trim of the iQube.
The iQube ST is available in two variants with varying battery capacities including 3.4kWh and 5.1kWh. The prices of these variants stand at Rs. 1.56 lakh and Rs. 1.86, respectively (both prices are ex-showroom, Mumbai). However, customers eligible for the loyalty bonus will have to pay Rs. 1.46 lakh and Rs. 1.76 lakh.
The 3.4kWh and 5.1kWh variants offer a battery range of 100km and 150km respectively. Also, the ST is currently one of the most feature-loaded electric scooters in the market. It gets a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment display which offers Bluetooth connectivity and over 118 connected features. There’s virtual document storage functionality and TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system). You also get a sizeable footboard and a 32-litre underseat storage space for keeping your belongings.
