- Could get new paint schemes
- New features could also be on the charts
- Would demand a premium with new features
Hero MotoCorp recently updated one of its most popular models, the Splendor Plus with the X-tec trim. Its list of foes includes the TVS Radeon which too has become a household name over the course of years. So, the Hosur-based manufacturer could have an update for the Radeon on the horizon.
As per our sources, TVS could update its commuter with new paint schemes as a fresh breeze. Not just that, the Radeon could also benefit from Bluetooth connectivity as well. These upgrades would bring in a price hike of a few thousand rupees.
That said, the engine will be retained and the output figures too shall remain the same – 109.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor dishing out 8.08 bhp and 8.7 Nm. Even the telescopic forks with dual rear shocks and the braking hardware will be carried over.
As of now, the TVS Radeon is offered in five variants with the asking price ranging from Rs 59,925 to Rs 74,966 (ex-showroom Delhi).
