TVS has launched a new 110cc motorcycle called the Radeon. It is priced at Rs 48400, ex-showroom, Delhi. It is targeted towards customers looking for utility in a low-cost package.
The Radeon has a number of features like a combined braking system, a side stand indicator with a beeper, ground clearance of 180mm, a USB charging port and LED DRLs. It even has rubber tank grips like the Royal Enfield Classic models. It offers the largest seat in the segment.
The engine is a 109.7cc that generates 8.3bhp and 8.7Nm. It offers 69.3kmpl under the World Motorcycle Test Cycle, and the tank holds 10 litres.
The Radeon offers a 5-year warranty, and will be available in white, beige, purple and black. It competes on specs with the Hero Splendor iSmart 110, Honda Livo, and Bajaj Discover 125, although the pricing pits it against the Hero HF Deluxe Eco, Hero Splendor Plus and Bajaj Platina.
