TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of its new 125cc sporty commuter motorcycle, the Raider 125 in the Latin American market. This model will be available in Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
The motorcycle is similar to the Indian version. Thus, it retains the modern design that is complemented by features such as LED headlight, LED taillight, and a fully-digital instrument cluster. Similar to the Indian version, this international-spec TVS Raider 125 will be available in four colours – Striking Red, Blazing Blue, Wicked Black, and Fiery Yellow.
The 124.8cc, air and oil-cooled, single-cylinder, three-valve engine on the motorcycle makes 12.7bhp at 8,000rpm and 11.5Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The hardware comprises gas-charged five-step adjustable rear mono-shock suspension, telescopic front forks, split seat, and 17-inch alloy wheels. It also packs unique features such as under-seat storage, a helmet reminder, and a USB charger.
