TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of the new Raider Super Squad Edition in the Indian market. This new variant of the Raider 125 range is available in a single variant and two paint options.
It benefits from a special livery that is inspired by fictional Marvel characters, Black Panther and Iron Man. The Black Panther colour scheme brings a black and purple dual-tone finish to the Raider 125. Meanwhile, the Iron Man theme features a red and white colour scheme. Further, these paint themes are joined by unique graphics that are visible on the headlight cowl, front fender, fuel tank, engine cowl, and rear panels.
Meanwhile, the engine specifications and hardware remain similar to the standard model. Thus, the TVS Raider 125 Super Squad Edition retains the 124.8cc, single-cylinder engine. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, this motor produces 11.2bhp of maximum power at 7,500rpm and 11.2Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm. The feature list, too, is identical to the standard model, and the Super Squad Edition continues to use an LED headlight, LED taillight, bulb-type turn indicators, a digital display, and a combined braking system.
