-Gets a special Midnight Blue colour
-Flyscreen fitted as standard
-Priced at Rs 1.72 lakh, ex-showroom
The TVS Ronin festive edition has just been launched in India. This special edition Ronin is based on the top-spec variant of the bike. It gets a new Midnight Blue colour that contrasts beautifully with the fluorescent green colour stripe that runs from the fuel tank to the side panel.
Another design element that distinguishes the Ronin festive edition from the standard Ronin is the blacked-out fly screen that sits above the LED headlight. Besides aiding the visual appearance, the screen should also help deflect headwinds while riding the bike at high speeds.
Besides these visual differences, the bike is mechanically the same as the rest of the variants. The TVS Ronin is powered by a 225.9cc, air and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine. It makes 20.1 bhp and 19.93 Nm and is paired with a five-speed gearbox.
The frame of the bike is suspended by a USD fork and a 7-step adjustable monoshock. The gold-coloured fork adds to the visual appeal of the bike in this colour.
In terms of features, the Ronin gets adjustable levers, all-LED lights, a USB charger, and a single-pod LCD with Bluetooth connectivity. It also gets two ABS modes- Urban and Rain. Speaking of ABS, dual-channel ABS is present in this top-spec Ronin while the base variant gets single-channel ABS.
The TVS Ronin festive edition is priced at Rs 1.72 lakh, ex-showroom. Bookings for the same are now open.
