- Unveiled on the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas anniversary
- Features a bunch of custom-made body parts
- Also tweaked on the hardware front with new tyres and more
TVS has unveiled a special edition motorcycle, called the Ronin Parakram. It has debuted on the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas anniversary and comes with a bunch of aesthetic and hardware tweaks. Let’s take a look at the TVS Ronin Parakram.
On the design front, the Ronin Parakram looks far from the standard bike and dons multiple new colours. It gets an aluminum finish on certain panels whereas the tank and lower side panels are coloured in green. The seat gets a new brown cover and the pillion piece has been replaced with a cowl that also integrates the tail light. Elsewhere, you can also see the Indian tricolour stripped on the headlight and the fuel tank. The turn indicators get a bullet shape and the headlight is topped by a small visor.
The TVS Ronin Parakram also gets large and chunky knobby tyres mounted on diamond-cut alloy wheels. The engine is unlikely to be tweaked. The standard Ronin is powered by a 225cc single-cylinder engine and it makes 20.1bhp and 19.93Nm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox. However, the Ronin Parakram is also equipped with an aftermarket exhaust setup. The golden-coloured USD front forks and monoshock along with the front and rear disc are the same as we see on the standard bike.
The TVS Ronin Parakram is unlikely to get into mass production or be offered for sale. For reference, the Ronin is priced at Rs. 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base model.
