- TVS registers sale of 3.01 lakh in India
- Exports increases by 46 per cent
- Ntorq 125 Avenger’s Edition launched recently
TVS Motor Company has announced a 19 per cent increase in domestic sales for October 2020.
The company sold 3.01 lakh two-wheelers in India last month as compared to 2.52 lakh units sold in October 2019. On the other hand, TVS exported 80,741 units in October 2020. This is a whopping 46 per cent growth in comparison to October 2019’s export of 55,477 units.
Out of this number, motorcycles made up for 1.73 lakh units; an increase of 38 per cent over 1.25 lakh motorcycles sold in October 2019. Meanwhile, scooters witnessed a 5 per cent growth with 1.27 lakh units sold last month as against 1.21 lakh units sold in the corresponding period in 2019.
In other news, TVS recently launched the Ntorq 125 SuperSquad Edition in India. This special edition features livery inspired by characters from Marvel’s Avenger series.
