With matte finish colour shades becoming a trend, Hosur-based TVS Motor Company has launched the Scooty Pep Plus Matte Edition in India carrying a sticker price of Rs 44,764 ex-showroom, Delhi. The matte edition fetches a premium of Rs 1500 over the standard version.
TVS is offering the Scooty Pep Plus in two matte finish colour options- Coral matte and Aqua matte. Besides the two new liveries, the scooter also sports a 3D emblem, fresh set of graphics and premium textured seat to complete the look.
Apart from the new cosmetic updates, the Scooty Pep Plus remains the same mechanically. It continues to be powered by the same 87.8cc air-cooled Ecothrust motor that is frugal and peppy. Features-wise, the scooter comes equipped with goodies like mobile charger socket, side stand alarm, under-seat storage hooks, DRLs, an open glove box, and TVS' patented ‘Eazy’ Stand technology which according to the company, helps reduce the effort needed to put the vehicle on the centre stand by 30 per cent.
