TVS Motor Company has hiked the price of the Scooty Pep Plus in India by Rs 800.
The Scooty Pep is available in three variants- standard, Babelicious series, and Matte Edition. While the base version now costs Rs 52,554 the other two variants are priced at Rs 53,754 (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). This is the first price hike since the BS6-compliant Scooty Pep’s launch in April this year.
Despite the price hike, the scooter remains unchanged. It is available in a choice of seven colours- Coral Matte, Aqua Matte, Glittery Gold, Revving Red, Frosted Black, Nero Blue, and Princess Pink. It is powered by an 87.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 5.3bhp of power at 6,500rpm and 6.5Nm of torque at 3,500rpm.
