TVS has launched a special edition version of its popular commuter motorcycle christened Star City Plus Chocolate Gold edition. Priced at Rs 49,234 (ex-showroom, Delhi), this limited edition motorcycle will only be available through select TVS dealerships across the country.
The Star City Plus Chocolate Gold edition gets a slew of graphic updates including an all-new paint scheme and elegant decals. The combination of gold, brown and tan paint contrasts with the blacked-out chassis, engine and the exhaust system. The wheels also come coated in gold to complement the body paint. With this special edition motorcycle, TVS aims to leverage the popularity of such quirky paint schemes which attempt to set mundane motorcycles apart from the crowd by giving them a bold look. As this motorcycle will be produced in limited numbers, exclusivity is guaranteed. This exclusivity though, comes at a price, Rs 1,800 to be precise.

With this new edition, we aim to reach out to the stylish yet pragmatic riders who are looking for a dash of style in their ride experience.”
Under the skin, the TVS Star City Plus Chocolate Gold edition comes with the 109cc single-cylinder engine which delivers 8bhp and 9Nm of torque through a four-speed gearbox. It competes with other 110cc commuter motorcycles like the Hero Splendor iSmart, Honda Dream Yuga, Bajaj Discover M and the Mahindra Centuro.
