- TVS iQube to be available in 20 cities by end of FY2021-22

TVS Motor Company has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Convergence Energy Services. The two companies will jointly develop the public charging ecosystem across India for the TVS iQube electric scooter. The two companies signed the agreement on World Environment day this year.
Speaking about the developments, Manu Saxena, Vice President, Future Mobility & Dealer Transformation, TVS Motor Company, said that the TVS iQube Electric will be available in over 20 cities in India by the end of FY2021-22. The electric scooter is currently available in Delhi and Bengaluru. The company is yet to reveal the names of the cities where it will offer the iQube. As part of the partnership, CESL will help strengthen the charging infrastructure in these cities for the customers of the electric scooter.
He further added that apart from the home charging options, the TVS dealership charging network and the emerging public charging ecosystem with CESL will accelerate India’s EV journey. The TVS iQube is available at Rs 1.20 lakh in Bengaluru and Rs 1.09 lakh in Delhi (both ex-showroom prices).
