TVS Motor Company has joined the list of manufacturers that are preventing their customers from staying deprived of the benefits they are entitled to in this difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the second wave of the virus has gripped almost the entire country, it’s difficult for two-wheeler owners to visit their nearest service centres to avail of the free service and warranty benefits. Hence, TVS has extended the validity of these services till 30 June, 2021 for its customers.
As an added support, TVS’ toll-free number (18002587111) is active 24x7 that can be used by the customers for getting their queries resolved. Moreover, TVS’ Roadside Assitance (RSA) program is also fully functional for free for the enrolled customers while it’s chargeable for others.
On a different note, TVS’ highly-popular 125cc scooter, the Ntorq 125, recently surpassed the one lack unit sales milestone in the international markets. It is available in as many as 19 countries across different continents like South Asia, Latin America, Middle East and ASEAN. The Ntorq 125 is particularly popular amongst young riders in these continents.
