TVS XL 100 BS6: What else can you buy

TVS launched the XL 100 BS6 in India with a starting price of Rs 43,889; making it the most affordable fuel-injected two-wheeler in the country. In the same price range as the XL 100, there are five BS6-compliant motorcycles you can buy.  Hero Splendor Plus

The Splendor Plus holds the title of being India’s quintessential commuter motorcycle for over two decades. However, Hero recently updated it to comply with the latest emission norms and priced it at Rs 59,600 for the base kick-start with alloy wheels variant. It is also available in a self-start version and an i3S variant priced at Rs 61,900 and Rs 63,110 respectively. The Splendor Plus is powered by a fuel-injected, 100cc motor that produces 7.91bhp and 8.05Nm.

Hero is offering the motorcycle in two variants: self-start with alloy wheels and self-start alloy wheels with i3S technology. While the former costs Rs 55,925, the premium version is priced at Rs 57,250.  Bajaj CT100 Another option in the 100cc commuter segment is the Bajaj CT100.
