Ultraviolette Automotive has commenced exports of the F77 Mach 2 electric motorcycle to the European market. The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 was recently launched in India at a starting price of Rs 2.99 lakh, ex-showroom.
The beginning of exports to Europe marks a significant milestone for the company that has designed and developed the F77 Mach 2 in India. The company had previously made its intentions to sell an electric motorcycle in the European market clear when it showcased the F77 at the 2024 Motobike Istanbul Show in Turkey.
At present, the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is the fastest, made-in-India electric motorcycle on sale in the market. The bike is available in two variants- Standard and Recon.
The standard variant has a 27kW permanent magnet AC motor while the Recon gets a 30kW motor. The F77 Mach 2 Recon can sprint from 0-60kmph in 2.8 seconds and 0-100kmph in 7.7 seconds. The top speed in the case of both models is 155kmph.
As for the batteries, the standard bike gets a 7.1kWh battery while the Recon variant gets a bigger, 10.3kWh. They have an IDC range of 211km and 323km.
When it comes to features, the F77 Mach 2 has Hill Hold, a colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and 10 levels of regen, including completely switched off.
In other news, Ultraviolette recently showcased the F99 electric motorcycle in India. The company aims to set a new quarter mile and top speed record with the F99.
