- Only the Recon variant to get pricier
- 5 per cent price hike in the offing
- Benefits of up to Rs. 14,000 are available
Bengaluru-based performance electric motorcycle brand, Ultraviolette has announced that the prices of the F77 Mach 2 will be revised from 1 January 2025.
The company has clarified that the starting price of the electric bike will remain Rs. 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom) which is that of the standard variant. Hence, only the Recon variant, which is pegged at Rs. 3.99 lakh, will get more expensive. The motorcycle will receive a price increment of up to 5 per cent or close to Rs. 20,000. The official statement by the brand mentions that the reason for this price hike is ‘rising input costs and evolving market dynamics.’ Meanwhile, the company is offering limited-period, year-end benefits of up to Rs. 14,000 on both variants of the F77.
The Ultraviolette F77 standard offers an IDC (ideal driving conditions) range of 211km while its motor, which produces 90Nm of torque, propels the bike to a top speed of 155kmph. The higher-spec Recon variant, on the other hand, is powered by a bigger battery which delivers an IDC range of 323km. It produces a higher 100Nm of torque and offers a top speed of 155kmph. Both variants come packed with features like full LED lighting, a TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity, multiple riding modes, and switchable traction control.
