The upcoming Hero Passion XPro was recently spotted during a commercial shoot ahead of its India launch. The photographs of this upcoming motorcycle give a detailed look at the styling, and reveals its hardware. Here we list everything that we know about this upcoming commuter motorcycle from Hero MotoCorp.
What styling changes does the 2023 Hero Passion XPro get?
The styling revisions are plenty, and the 2023 Passion XPro packs a noticeably different design. The headlight, for example, is similar to the unit on the Passion XTec that is already available for sale in India. This headlight is accompanied by a body-coloured cowl that features matching graphics, and a tinted visor. The fuel tank appears to be noticeably slimmer and it features bolted shrouds along with a ‘Passion’ decal. Meanwhile, the ‘Hero’ branding and an ‘i3S’ logo are visible on the side panels. Other styling elements comprise a single-piece seat and a pillion grabrail.
Will the 2023 Hero Passion XPro get mechanical changes?
The mechanical specifications of the motorcycle will most likely retain the same 113.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine as the Passion XTec. This engine makes 9.02bhp at 7,500rpm and a peak torque of 9.79Nm at 5000rpm. Notably, this motorcycle will come with an onboard diagnostic system and E20 fuel compliance.
What hardware will the 2023 Hero Passion XPro use?
The suspension hardware will comprise telescopic front forks and twin rear springs, while the braking tasks will include drum brakes on both wheels. The premium version will benefit from a front disc brake. Moreover, the safety net will comprise a combined braking system. The motorcycle will ride on 18-inch alloy wheels on both ends that would be shod in tubeless tyres.
How much will the 2023 Hero Passion XPro cost?
The latest model will most likely carry a price premium over its predecessor, and we expect this motorcycle to arrive in the Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 75,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) price range. This motorcycle will rival the likes of the TVS Star City Plus, Honda Shine 100, and Bajaj Platina 110 in the Indian market.
