- Now available in a new variant dubbed Splendor Xtec
- Gets Bluetooth connectivity, call and SMS alert and more
- Comes with a 5-year warranty
After the Glamour, Pleasure, Destini, Hero MotoCorp has now updated the Splendor Plus and given it the Xtec treatment. This ups the commuter’s value for money quotient a bit higher and here’s all that you should know about it.
The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is priced at Rs 72,900 (ex-showroom Delhi), which makes it Rs 1,200 more expensive than the Matt Shield Gold model. It looks the same as the existing lineup but now packs more features than before.
Hero has retained the same 97.2cc air-cooled engine with the output rated at 7.9bhp and 8.05Nm. The i3s tech too has been retained for better frugality.
On the feature front, the Splendor Plus now boasts a fully digital console with Bluetooth connectivity, call and SMS alert, real-time mileage readout, USB charging port and side-stand engine cutoff.
The underpinnings too remain unchanged. You get the same suspension setup and the braking hardware as well. Hero will offer the Splendor Plus Xtec in four paint schemes: Sparkling Beta Blue, Canvas Black, Tornado Grey and Pearl White.
Overall, the Hero Splendor Plus is now available in four variants with the price ranging from Rs 69,380 to Rs 72,900 (ex-showroom Delhi).
