-Gets USD fork
-New LED turn indicators
-Price expected to go up by a few thousand rupees
Bajaj Auto has been busy updating the entire Pulsar range and in a few months after it launched the Pulsar N160 with a digital display, the company has rolled out another set of upgrades for the bike.
The updated Bajaj Pulsar N160 gets an USD fork and it seems to be the same unit that you get on the 2024 Pulsar N250. The new USD should help improve the front end stability and feel of the N160, especially while braking hard or going around corners. Bajaj has also replaced the halogen bulb turn indicators with sleeker, LED turn indicators. These, again, are the same as you see on the bigger Pulsars.
Lastly, Bajaj has pasted new graphics on the bike to help distinguish it from the older bikes. There is a new, bold font, N160 sticker that is stuck across the length of the tank extensions. It also has a checkered pattern for added sporty effect.
Besides these changes, the rest of the bike is the same as the one currently on sale. The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is powered by a 164.82cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 15.68bhp at 8,750rpm and 14.65Nm at 6,750rpm.
The price of the current Bajaj Pulsar N160 with the Bluetooth connectivity equipped instrument cluster is Rs 1.33 lakh. Expect the bike with the USD fork to cost around Rs 1.39 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
