- Upcoming Glamour 125 ready for dispatch
- Launch likely ahead of the festive season
- Will comply with OBD2 standards and E20 fuel requirements
Hero MotoCorp will soon update its India portfolio with the launch of the Glamour 125 BS6 Phase-2. In fact, this new version of the motorcycle has already been spotted, and thus we expect to hear a launch announcement very soon. This new variant of the Glamour 125 will comply with the OBD2 emission standards and E20 fuel requirements.
Meanwhile, the styling will remain unchanged, and the upcoming Glamour 125 will retain a single-pod headlight a muscular fuel tank with shrouds, a single-piece seat, a single-piece grab-rail, and alloy wheels on both ends. The hardware will comprise telescopic front forks and twin rear springs to handle the shock absorption tasks. Then, the braking setup will include a disc brake at the front and a drum unit at the back, while the safety net will be handled by a combined braking system.
The engine specifications, too, will remain similar to the previous version. Thus, the upcoming Hero Glamour will use a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that will deliver 10.72bhp at 7,500rpm and 10.6Nm at 6,000rpm. This motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
As mentioned above, this motorcycle has already been spotted, and it appears to be ready for dispatch. Thus, we should hear a launch announcement very soon, most likely ahead of the high-demand festive season.
