- Will get an LED headlight
- Semi-digital instrument cluster to get Bluetooth connectivity
- Colour palette to receive at least one new option
Hero MotoCorp has released a teaser video for the new variant of its entry-level scooter, Pleasure Plus. The teaser video gives a brief glimpse at various features that this new variant of Pleasure Plus will receive.
This new Pleasure Plus will get an LED headlight instead of the halogen unit on the existing model. Moreover, the instrument cluster on the new model will benefit from Bluetooth-connectivity and offer access to notifications about incoming calls, messages, and phone battery levels. The existing Hero Pleasure Plus uses an analogue instrument cluster. The new model, on the other hand, will get a semi-digital unit.
Apart from the feature list, Hero MotoCorp will also update the colour palette. This new variant of the 110cc scooter was showcased in a Bright Yellow paint. More changes include chrome garnishing on the front apron and fender, chrome headlight mask, and a chrome exhaust shield.
The details about the mechanical specifications are limited, although we do not expect to see any changes to the power and torque output numbers. The BS6-compliant 110.9cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine on the existing Pleasure Plus makes 8bhp at 7,000rpm and 8.7Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm.
