- Gets a refreshed headlamp
- Taller windscreen on offer
- Three riding modes also included
After Hero MotoCorp recently teased the updated model of the Xpulse 200 4V, the motorcycle has started reaching dealerships in India. The refreshed model of the adventure bike has received a few updates which make it more modern and desirable.
To list down the changes, the front fascia of the bike has been tweaked with the inclusion of a new LED headlamp which is expected to offer better illumination than before. Moreover, the headlamp seems to have three different modes of operation and the rider can choose the desired one via the updated switchgear which includes a new button for the headlamp. Hero has also incorporated a taller windscreen for more efficient wind deflection and a pair of more premium-looking handguards.
As per a teaser video released by Hero, the updated Xpulse 200 4V will also get three different riding modes. We believe these modes will essentially tweak the ABS setting. While the existing model gets a single-channel ABS, the new iteration should get dual-channel ABS to facilitate the inclusion of different modes. These modes are named ‘road’, ‘off road’, and ‘rally’ which sound like they will allow the rider to turn off the ABS for the rear as well as for both wheels. The inclusion of this feature will definitely make the Xpulse a more versatile and playful machine.
The updated Hero Xpulse 200 4V arriving at dealerships indicates that an official announcement should take place soon. While the older model is priced at Rs 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the aforementioned changes will surely bring along a marginal price hike.
