- Likely to get a new TFT console instead of the current LCD
- Could cost about Rs. 5,000 more than the current model
- Will retain styling, hardware, and other mechanicals
KTM India will soon dispatch the updated 200 Duke. The Austrian naked motorcycle is set to receive an update on the feature front in the form of a TFT as a replacement to its current LCD setup.
This unit is likely to be borrowed from the 390 Duke. The asking price for the 2024 KTM 200 Duke could be bumped up by around Rs. 5,000. As of now, the bike is priced at Rs. 1,98,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and its revised cost could be around Rs. 2.04 lakh.
Apart from the new TFT, the 2024 KTM 200 Duke will retain the design, hardware, engine, and all the other bits. It will carry the same LED headlight, chiselled fuel tank, split seat, and aggressive design. The USD front forks and monoshock along with a single disc at both ends with dual-channel ABS too will be carried forward as they are. Powering the 2024 KTM 200 Duke will be the same 199.5cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. It makes nearly 25bhp and 19.3Nm and is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
With the feature update, the overall package of the baby Duke should also be enhanced. That said, it will rival the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and the Suzuki Gixxer 250.
