KTM is planning to give its big sports tourer, the Super Duke GT some updates that will make it more enticing and attractive to the buyers.
This Austrian big tourer is expected to get a new TFT display, the same unit that’s there on the Super Duke R. It will also get the LED headlight that will enhance its overall appeal. To take care of touring needs, the updated Super Duke GT is also expected to get a new and better windscreen.
The 2019 Super Duke GT might not get any mechanical upgrades. It will continue to be powered by the same 1301cc V-Twin liquid-cooled motor that produces 170bhp of peak power and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Just like the most of the bike KTMs, the Super Duke GT is also equipped with same latest electronic aids. It gets motorcycle stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, cornering lights, riding modes, traction control system, cruise control, quickshifter and heated grips.
KTM India is known to offer value for money performance motorcycles. However, the displacement is limited upto 400cc for now. There are rumours about bigger KTMs making their way to India, but we’re expecting the Super Duke GT not to be in that list.
