Suzuki might be working on updating its famous litre-class superbike – the GSX-S1000R. This model is rumoured to become a 2022 model and could make its presence felt late this year.
According to a report, the Japanese brand is looking get back into WorldSBK championship. So keeping that strategy in mind, Suzuki is likely to bring a new GSX-R1000 that could break the 200bhp barrier. But right now, we are still in speculation stage.
Suzuki is likely to change the bike aesthetically as well as when it comes to features. In fact, there’s a high chance of new electronics making its way onto this bike. But the actual data we’ll know as we get closer to the official unveil.
We can expect Suzuki to launch this bike in India early next year as the brand has managed to find a great space in the world of superbikes in the country. And yes, the credit also goes to the mighty Hayabusa.
