TVS Motor Company has launched the updated model of its commuter motorcycle, the Radeon, in India. The motorcycle comes with additional features which promise to raise the convenience quotient of the Radeon.
New TVS Radeon Updates
Firstly, the new Radeon now comes equipped with a multi-colour reverse LCD instrument cluster which is the first in this segment. Besides the basic information, this display also comprises real-time mileage indicator. It also gets a clock, service indicator, low battery indicator, top speed, and average speed data. Furthermore, TVS has also equipped this version of the Radeon with its Intelligo function which is aimed at aiding fuel saving. This feature switches off the engine after it’s left idling for a few seconds and it can be started again by slightly rolling on the throttle.
New TVS Radeon Engine and Hardware
The Radeon remains unchanged in all other aspects. It comes powered by a 109.7cc, air-cooled engine that churns out 8.08bhp and 8.7Nm of torque. This motor comes mated to a four-speed gearbox. Based on a single cradle frame, it rides on 18-inch alloy wheels at both ends that are suspended by telescopic forks and dual springs. The braking setup comprises a drum at both ends while a front disc version is also available. Moreover, the bike comes equipped with a 10-litre fuel tank.

TVS has launched the updated Radeon in four variants which differ in terms of availability of Intelligo features and colour options (single tone and dual tone). They are mentioned in detail below:

The prices of these variants start from Rs 59,925 and go up to Rs 71,966 (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
