The flat tracker is a gift to Valentino Rossi from the VR46 Riders Academy and is based on the Yamaha XJR1300.The bike sports Rossi’s trademark yellow and black colours. We have put together a photo gallery of the one-off Yamaha XJR1300 flat tracker-
The bike, nicknamed ‘Mya’ features a host of custom parts and is designed by Rodolfo Frascoli.
The bike gets an air-cooled 1251cc in-line four cylinder engine that produces 105bhp and 108Nm of torque.
Suspension duties on the bike are taken care of by Ohlins with a long travel suspension up front and an adjustable gas cartridge rear suspension.
The central headlamp is replaced with a number board and a pair of LED projector units from the Yamaha R1 on either side of a large air intake.
To boost its flat tracker characteristics, the bike gets 19-inch spoke wheels with tubeless knobby tyres.
It sports custom built Akrapovic dual exhausts with the number ‘46’ monogrammed on the lower barrel.
The bike also features a flat seat with the fuel tank under it and a filler cap in the tail.
