On sale since 2013, the Vespa 946 is among the most exclusive two wheelers on sale anywhere today. And with a price tag of $9946 (Rs 6.08 lakh), it’s not hard to see why. Now, Piaggio has raised the exclusivity quotient further with the launch of the special edition Vespa 946 Bellissima.
Limited to just 100 units, the Vespa 946 Bellissima offers distinctive design elements such as the new mono-seat, chrome plated rear rack, new paint finishes and rim colours. The scooter also gets a new handlebar grip finish. Piaggio has revealed that the Vespa 946 Bellissima will be offered in two colours shades - metallic gray and metallic blue.
The special edition model gets 220mm dual-disc brake with ABS braking, electronic traction control, 12-inch alloys wheels as standard. It is powered by a 150cc, 3-valve engine with electronic injection and best-in-class fuel consumption and emissions.
Piaggio has announced that the special edition Vespa 946 Bellissima is now available with a price tag of $10,499 (Rs 6.42 lakh).
