Hero MotoCorp recently launched the updated 2023 Xtreme 160R 4V in India. Now, we have already reviewed the motorcycle and you can read Vikrant Singh’s detailed review of the new 160R 4V here. But, in case you are lazy and aren’t in the mood to read it, here’s a detailed video review of the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V.
Hero claims that the Xtreme 160R 4V is the fastest 160cc bike in India. Although, we are yet to verify that claim, what we do know is that the new Xtreme 160R 4V is a much nicer motorcycle compared to the 160R 2V variant. In this video, we not only tell you everything about the Xtreme 160R 4V but also compare it with the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. What’s more, we also tell you which one should you buy between the two.
That said, the 2023 Xtreme 160R 4V features an all-new 163.2cc, 4-valve, oil-cooled motor that makes 16.6bhp at 8,500rpm and 14.6Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The engine is paired with an all-new five-speed gearbox.
The Xtreme 160R 4V is available in three variants, and only the top-spec Pro version features upside-down forks up front. The other two trims get conventional telescopic forks, while a seven-step adjustable mono-shock is standard across the lineup. And although all variants get Bluetooth connectivity, only the Connected 2.0 variant gets the Hero Connect 2.0 smart connectivity features.
The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is priced between Rs. 1.27 lakh to Rs. 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in four colour schemes.
