Yamaha has just taken the wraps off its new Delight scooter. This scooter has received plenty of updates for 2021 model year.
To start with, the overall styling has been revised to make it look more modern and retro. The headlight and indicators are new along with the chrome treatment on the front fascia. The company claims that this new design language is unisex in nature.
The 125cc engine on the Delight is now Euro 5 compliant. The overall power output is approximately similar to the outgoing model. But this new model gets start-stop system, where the scooter shuts off when the rider stops in traffic. In order to start the scooter again, the rider just has to twist the throttle.
The 2021 Yamaha Delight will be available in two colours – white, black and red. This scooter won’t come to India as we have the Ray and Fascino range of scooters.
