- Spied adorning a new grey and silver paint scheme
- Will be the 10th colour option for the scooter
- Likely to remain unchanged mechanically
Yamaha’s 125cc scooter, the Fascino 125, will soon be launched in a new colour option that was recently shown to the dealers at an event in India. At the same event, the company also showcased two of its electric scooters and you can read about them here.
The newly spied colour option is a triple-tone combination of black, grey and silver body panels. The area around the footboard has been finished in black and the mirrors sport black and grey shades. This will join Fascino’s colour palette which already has as many as nine different paint schemes. As for the price, the spied colour variant will mostly be priced at Rs 83,130 (ex-showroom) considering the pricing of the existing colours which boast a similar blacked-out theme.
All the other aspects of the scooter are likely to remain unaltered. The Yamaha Fascino 125 is powered by a 125cc, air-cooled mill that’s assisted by a mild-hybrid system. It churns out 8bhp of maximum power at 6,500rpm and 10.3Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm. Besides the presence of a hybrid set-up, the Fascino 125 is quite conventional in terms of features and hardware. However, what stands out is its styling that’s targeted at women riders with its curvy and flowy design.
