Along with its only supersport offering, Yamaha India has also hiked the prices for its scooter range. All three models: Ray ZR 125, Fascino 125 and Aerox 155 now costs more than before. Here’s the updated pricing.

Ray ZR Drum | Rs 80,730 |
Ray ZR Disc STD | Rs 86,130 |
Ray ZR SR | Rs 90,130 |
Ray ZR MotoGP | Rs 88,130 |
Fascino Disc STD | Rs 85,830 |
Fascino Drum STD | Rs 76,600 |
Fascino Disc DLX | Rs 86,830 |
Fascino Drum DLX | Rs 77,600 |
Fascino Disc SPL | Rs 87,830 |
Aerox STD | Rs 1,40,800 |
Aerox Monster Energy | Rs 1,42,800 |
While the 125cc siblings now cost Rs 800 more than before, the Yamaha Aerox 155’s price has received an upwards revision of Rs 1,500. Both the hikes are marginal and shouldn’t affect the customer’s buying decision.
That said, the price hike doesn’t bring any mechanical, cosmetic or feature updates to either of the models. Similar to the R15, the scooter range’s price change is also a result of the rising commodity prices. We have the Yamaha Aerox 155 in the BikeWale longterm fleet. And after riding it for months, here’s our take on if you should buy the scooter or not.
