Just last week we told you about the production ready Yamaha Fazer 25 that was spotted in the open. Now, the FZ25 - based faired bike has been snapped in a new colour - blue.
This makes us believe that the Japanese manufacturer is planning to launch this bike very soon. Yamaha, however, refused to comment on this. The Fazer 25 shares most of the cycle parts with the FZ25. This way, through economies of scale, Yamaha will be able to save quite a lot of money and that will help them price the bike competitively.
The most obvious addition to the Fazer 25 is the sharp fairing. Unfortunately, Yamaha has gone little overboard while styling this fairing. The fascia looks huge and reminds us of the Ray ZR scooter. The bike is equipped with LED headlamp and LED pilot lamps. The windscreen is bigger and the also benefits from an engine cowl.
We're expecting Yamaha to ask Rs 8,000 to Rs 12,000 more over the naked sibling. The Fazer 25 will go against the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 which got a mild cosmetic update a few months ago.
