Yamaha Indonesia has launched the new Yamaha Fino scooter at RP 16,250,000 (Rs 78,529). The success behind Yamaha’s 125cc scooters, the stunning Yamaha Mio 125 and NMAX 125, was the main drive behind introducing this new model.
The new Fino is equipped with a 125cc air-cooled engine that generates an adequate power output of 9.52bhp at 8,000rpm. In addition to this, the motor produces 9.6Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. To help enhance power delivery and aid fuel efficiency, the manufacturer uses its ‘Blue Core’ advanced technology. Apart from the claimed performance boost, the scooter has a dynamic body styling which includes stylish LED headlights along with a new body frame. In an effort to offer safe and secure riding, this scooter has been further equipped with disc brakes up front and in the rear.
Yamaha has introduced the Fino scooter to be sold as a direct rival to Honda’s new upcoming Beat, which will be launched in the first quarter of 2016 in the Indonesian market.
