Yamaha has launched new paint schemes for the FZ-S FI. This update was launched along with the BS IV-compliant version of the premium commuter bike.
The Yamaha FZ-S FI is now offered in five new paint schemes with new decals. It is available in grey, red, cyan, white and matte green. All the mechanicals of the bikes are similar and the FZ-S FI continues to be powered by the same 149cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine. The engine produces 13bhp and 13Nm of torque and is mated to a five -speed gearbox. The engine is now compliant with BS IV emission norms.
With these updates, the FZ-S FI is around Rs 500 more expensive than the outgoing model. It competes with the Suzuki Gixxer and the Honda CB Hornet 160R.
