- Now priced at Rs 1,30,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
- Hiked by Rs 1,600
- Gets no other changes
Yamaha has hiked the prices of its entire model line-up including the FZ-X in India. The motorcycle is now priced at Rs 1.30 lakh, a hike of Rs 1,600 over its previous Rs 1.28 lakh price tag.
However, despite the hike, the FZ-X receives no updates or changes in its styling, engine or cycle parts. The motorcycle, which is based on the FZS has been inspired by the XSR 155 sold internationally. Hence it comes with a rugged styling that consists of fork gaiters, dual-purpose tyres, an engine sump guard and a retro-style seat. Even the LED projector headlamp is housed in a round, retro-styled unit.
That said, Yamaha is offering the FZ-X in a single variant that gets Bluetooth connectivity as a standard feature. And the motorcycle is being offered in a choice of three colour schemes: Matte Black, Matte Copper and Metallic Blue, which features ‘01’ graphics for a sportier feel. We had the Yamaha FZ-X as our long-termer for a whole of three months. To read our experience with the motorcycle, head to the expert reviews section on BikeWale or click HERE.
