- Has been effective starting this month
Starting this month, Yamaha Motor India has hiked the prices of a range of models in its portfolio. The price increment is marginal at Rs 500 and the motorcycles affected from the hike include the FZ V3, FZ S V3, FZ 25, Fazer 25 and the entry-level sportsbike, the YZF R3.
Interestingly, the price hike coincides with the ongoing festive offers Yamaha has introduced for its popular models, the FZ V3 and the FZ S V3. Valid till the end of this month, the offer is applicable on one-year finance scheme and saves the buyer up to Rs 8,280 on the ex-showroom price of both bikes. Considering all the motorcycles subjected to the hike are premium products, the hike is minimal. On enquiring about the reason for the same, the company authorities termed it as a normal hike and didn’t specify the reason.
The old and new ex-showroom prices of the motorcycles are mentioned in the below list.
