Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. will organise a Yamaha Children Safety Program (YCSP) starting from January 9 across all its dealerships in India. The company will also host a carnival as it is celebrating the first birthday of their brand mascot- Zippy.
The birthday carnival will take place across 120 Yamaha dealers in our country where families of Yamaha customers can participate. The company will arrange different activities to keep the kids engaged. They will be taught about road safety with an aim to imbibe good characteristics in them right from a young age and later follow road discipline making the streets a safer place.
Yamaha will also organise its YCSP and Safety Riding Program for women to create awareness about road safety among children and female residents of NGOs Nirmal Chaya, Delhi and SOS Children’s Village, Chennai.
The manufacturer had planned on advocating safety among kids and this idea was further implemented effectively with the launch of Zippy last year. With the help of this mascot, Yamaha has spread the message of road safety across the children successfully. They have given the youth an opportunity to gain information on safety riding and acquire other similar tips.
