Yamaha has launched an exclusive scooter showroom in Andhra Pradesh. Set up in association with Vaishnavi Automobiles, this showroom is located at Birla Junction, NH5, Muralinagar, Visakhapatnam.
Spread over an area of 4,046 sq. ft., this showroom is the second of its kind in the country. Yamaha’s first exclusive scooter showroom was launched in Bengaluru a few months ago. This new chain features a unique layout and integrates sales, service and spares facility for Yamaha scooters. Yamaha has a wide range of scooters in its portfolio, which are targeted at different kinds of customers. While its highest seller, the Fascino, is pegged as a lifestyle scooter, the Cygnus Alpha is positioned as a family scooter. The Cygnus Ray Z is a unisex scooter, while the Cygnus Ray ZR is targeted at the youth.
Andhra Pradesh accounts for five per cent of the scooter sales in the country. This new showroom will aim to capitalise on this high demand for scooters.
