Yamaha India has announced the introduction of new colours for the 2024 MT-15, Fascino 125 and the RayZR 125. The company says that these colours have been conceived with the intent of making the bike and scooters more appealing to the younger set of buyers.
The Yamaha MT-15 is now available in a Cyber Green colour option. The colour looks quite striking, especially with the bright yellow wheels. Yamaha has also tweaked the graphics on the Cyan Storm DLX colour. In addition to this, the DLX version of the MT-15 gets a hazard light function, a useful safety feature to indicate to fellow users that one is parked or stranded by the side of the road. In all, the Yamaha MT-15 is now available in seven colours. The MT-15 in Cyber Green is priced at Rs 1.72 lakh, ex-showroom.
To recap, the MT-15 is a street naked bike that is based on the R15. It is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that makes 18.4bhp and 14.1Nm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Next up, Yamaha has introduced not one, not two but five new colours on the Yamaha Fascino 125. The drum brake variant gets a new Metallic Black colour and that is priced at Rs 79,150. The remaining four colours are available in both the drum and disc brake equipped variant.
They are called Matte Copper, Metallic White, Cyan Blue and Silver. The drum brake versions cost Rs 79,900 while the disc brake version will set you back by Rs 91,130. In all, the Fascino is available in eight colours.
Lastly, the Yamaha RayZR 125 also received a new colour option called Cyan Blue. This is the same shade that you see on the other Yamaha models with the Cyan Blue colour and it does stand out. The drum brake-equipped RayZR with the Cyan Blue colour costs Rs 85,030 while the disc brake variant will make your wallet lighter by Rs 91,430. The addition of this colour takes the total number of colours available with the RayZR 125 to five.
Both the Fascino and RayZR 125 are powered by a 125cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 8.2bhp and 10.3Nm. The engine is paired with a CVT.
The introduction of new colours adds a dash of freshness to the portfolio and it should pique the interest of buyers.
