- Yamaha XSR155 gets Anniversary Edition
- Gets two new colours
- Is unlikely to be launched in India soon
Yamaha has taken the wraps off the 2022 XSR155 in the Indonesian market. And as part of the model year update, the motorcycle receives two new colour options.
First up is the 60th Anniversary colour scheme that celebrates Yamaha’s first win at Grand Prix. Hence it features the iconic red speed block design with the white base colour. The colour scheme also includes golden wheels that complete the look and complements the golden forks. Then there is the Matte Dark Blue Authentic paint scheme that comes with blacked-out components and retro style ‘XSR’ graphics on the tank.
Other than these new colours, the 2022 Yamaha XSR155 remains the same. It continues to be based on the international spec MT-15 and is powered by a 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with VVA technology. While the XSR155 is an interesting option, it is unlikely to make its way to India anytime soon.
