- MT-15 now priced from Rs 1.61 lakh
- Hike of Rs 2,000
- No changes to hardware or features
Yamaha Motor India has once again hiked the prices of all its two-wheelers including the MT-15 V2 that was launched in April. The R15-based streetfighter is now dearer by Rs 2,000.
Yamaha MT-15 V2 Pricing
The pricing for the MT-15 V2 starts at Rs 1,61,900 for the Black colour option that was previously priced at Rs 1,59,900. Meanwhile, the Ice Fluo and Cyan colour options cost Rs 1,62,900. These were priced at Rs 1,60,900 earlier. Well, the substantial hike in price hasn’t brought about any changes to the MT-15 V2.
Yamaha MT-15 V2 Specs and Features
It continues to offer the same 155cc, single-cylinder engine and a feature list that includes a Bluetooth-enabled screen, LED headlamp and single-channel ABS. The MT-15 V2 also gets the upside-down forks and aluminum swingarm that has been borrowed from the R15 V4. Nonetheless, the Yamaha MT-15 V2 has witnessed a decent increase in sales numbers since its launch. These numbers are also higher than the KTM 125 Duke’s sales for April.
