Yamaha has updated the NMax 155 maxi-scooter for 2022. The scooter has been introduced in Indonesia for now but is expected to reach other international markets soon. Although, it wouldn’t make its way to India where we already have the Aerox 155 maxi-scooter.
Now, the NMax is a tempting proposition as it comes powered by a 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine derived from the R15. While it gets the VVA technology, the motor is paired to a CVT gearbox. This engine churns out 15.3bhp and 13.9Nm; similar to the Aerox 155. And considering how well-tuned this engine already is Yamaha has kept it untouched for the 2022 NMax.
Even the list of features on the maxi-scooter remain the same for 2022. However, what has changed is the colour options. The Yamaha NMax receives two new colour options. There is the Matte Green colour that gets snazzy-looking golden wheels while the Metallic Red paint option comes with black wheels that lend a sporty appeal. The new paint options are available alongside Matte Black, Matte Blue and Matte White that were available on the previous versions.
