India Yamaha Motor has announced the launch of Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP inspired Edition of the RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid. This variant of the scooter has been launched in our market at an ex-showroom (Delhi) price tag of Rs 81,330.
The Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition packs a special theme that comprises Yamaha MotoGP branding on the body. This edition uses black as the base paint along with highlights of blue on the front apron and the sides. The Monster Energy logo and decals are visible on the front apron. The changes, however, are limited to cosmetic upgrades.
Thus, the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP edition of the RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid continues to use a BS6-compliant, 125cc, single-cylinder engine with Hybrid Power Assist and a fuel-injection system. The moor is tuned to deliver a maximum power output of 8bhp at 6,500rpm and a peak torque of 10.3Nm at 5,000rpm.
The hardware on the RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid Monster Energy MotoGP Edition comprises an LED headlight, telescopic front forks, single rear spring, a disc brake at the front, a drum unit at the back, and Unified Brake System (UBS). The safety net also includes the Side Stand Engine Cut off Switch which is a standard feature for all Yamaha two-wheelers in India.
