Almost a year ago, we told you about Yamaha’s intention of launching an extreme version of the Tenere 700. Looks like that is happening now, as an early prototype of this motorcycle was recently spotted testing.
This upcoming Yamaha ADV is likely to be called the Tenere 700 Travel and will be offered as a premium variant. From these pictures, it is clear that the Tenere 700 Travel gets a large fuel tank and will also sport panniers. While the front and the fuel tank area has been covered, we can still see the new design additions. The wind protection will be improved too as we can see a new unit in these photos. Yamaha will definitely give this ADV a new front forks and some more premium parts. We can also expect some electronic aids on the Tenere 700 Travel.
Yamaha could unveil this new bike in the next few weeks as this is when most of the brands unveil their new products either at Intermot or EICMA. But due to the ongoing pandemic, everything has been taken online. So the new Yamaha Tenere 700 Travel unveil will also happen on the web.
