Yamaha has teased a new video on their official Europe YouTube channel. It is the soon-to-be unveiled new naked motorcycle. The unveiling will happen on November 4 at the EICMA event in Italy and the company has teased the video with the below text.
Just over the horizon there's a new kind of 2-wheeled animal heading this way. It's provocative. It's naked. And it's agile.
The Dark Side of Japan is about to deliver another rude awakening to the streets of Europe.
And resistance to this unstoppable force is impossible.
Now, more than ever, sleeping bikers have a reason to rise up and ride.
The upcoming naked motorcycle is a part of the ‘The Dark Side of Japan’ series which is the tagline for the MT range of motorcycles. Currently, the 660cc single-cylinder MT-03 and the recently launched MT-09 847 triple cylinder engine is part of this series. The Japanese manufacturer has trademarked the names ‘MT-09’ and ‘MT-07’ at the same time and there is also a rumour of a new 675cc triple-cylinder parallel twin crossplane engine being developed. The video reveals very little information but we can expect another video to be released just before the unveiling.
